K3 and Waiver of 10 year Bar Granted

Client was illegally in the United States and left the U.S. because his mother was ill.
He returned to the U.S. after two years with K3 Visa and approved Waiver of 10 Year Bar.
Applied for Adjustment of Status and now he is a Green Card holder.
