Hi. My fiancée is in the US while I am currently residing in the United Arab Emirates. We are planning to file a fiancée visa here in the UAE next year however I would like to know how do we start the procedure? Is it necessary for him to fly to the UAE so we could file an application together given the fact that we haven’t seen each other for two years? I hope you can give me an idea on it. Thanks.
