USCIS relocates lockbox from Phoenix. USCIS announced that as of March 31, 2023, the Phoenix lockbox will have a new filing location for courier delivery services, such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The mailing address for U.S. Postal Service will remain the same. USCIS will forward mail between March 31, 2023, and April 28, 2023. If you recently applied for a U.S. visa, you likely sent your application to a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) lockbox. A lockbox is a facility that collects fees and receives applications. USCIS has four lockbox locations – Chicago; Elgin, Illinois; Phoenix; and Lewisville, Texas. On March 30, we changed the lockbox filing location to Tempe, AZ for courier delivery services for FedEx, UPS, and DHL for the USCIS Phoenix lockbox. The filing location remains the same when using the U.S. Postal Service.
