Federal court rules ICE’s primary deportation program

ICE announced that Secure Communities biometric identification technology is now nearby to the local law enforcement agencies in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo district in California that use electronic booking machines.
By next year, ICE anticipates nationwide coverage of Secure Communities by 2013.
