DOS posted the August 2025 Visa Bulletin, with updates on Final Action Dates, Dates for Filing, the diversity visa (DV) program, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, U.S. government employee Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs), and more. For August 2025, USCIS determined that applicants in all family-sponsored preference categories must use the Dates for Filing chart, while those in all employment-based preference categories must use the Final Action Dates chart.
