DOL Confirms Job Title Issue Should Be Fixed
DOL posted an update on the FLAG portal indicating,
that all Certification Approval Appendices for the PERM program
have been regenerated and are now available on the PERM Filers FLAG Dashboard.
You can print out the corrected certifications from the Historical tab in the 9089 section of FLAG. USCIS has also confirmed that if a Form I-140 is filed
with the original (and not corrected) version of the PERM certification, it should not affect the adjudication of the I-140 petition.
