Venezuelans approved in U.S. Legally. The U.S. government has accepted more than 6,800 Venezuelans through the new sponsorship program the Biden administration implemented in October. The program began on Oct. 18 and the U.S. has had approximately 490 Venezuelans arrive in the country legally under humanitarian parole. The Biden administration reached a deal with the Mexican government, allowing U.S. border officials to expel Venezuelans approved in U.S. Legally that entered the country illegally to Mexico under Title 42. Since the implementation of this new program 6,311 Venezuelans expelled to Mexico.
