Immigration advocates push to eliminate impending deadline for the Liberian Refugee
The deadline of December 20, 2021, to submit applications for adjustment of status under the Liberian Refugee Immigration Fairness (LRIF) law is approaching.
As a reminder, some noncitizens will be immediately eligible to apply for naturalization based on the LRIF “rollback” provision.
