Labor department announces H-2B application filing
OFLC reminded employees and stakeholders that the filing window to submit Form ETA-9142B and appendices requesting work start dates of April 1, 2022, or later, will open on January 1, 2022, at 12:00 am (ET).
Applications filed earlier will be denied. OFLC will randomly order for processing all applications filed during the initial three calendar days of the filing period.
