I-130 petition checklist – U.S. embassy & consulates in Japan
Hello:
I certainly understand that cost is a factor, but you should be looking at the experience of an Immigration Attorney.
What is the use of getting the least expensive attorney only to have a denied waiver.
If the waiver is denied, then there would be no entry or open door into the U.S. Everything would ride on the waiver at this point and it should be done completely, fully and with all the necessary supporting evidence.
Sincerely,
Brian D. Lerner
Attorney at Law
