OFLC announced that FLAG will upgrade the H-2B form fill-and-submit module.
H-2B submissions after 6:00 pm (ET) on April 28, 2022, Must be submitted in the new form module.
H-2B cases submitted before this time will be deleted, and a new application will need to be created using the upgraded module.
