Federal judge in Dayton blocks ICE deportation priority rule
In response to a lawsuit filed by the states of Arizona, Montana, and Ohio seeking to prevent DHS from implementing its September 30, 2021, civil immigration enforcement guidance, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio enjoined and restrained DHS from enforcing or implementing Section II of the guidance.
